Prepare for Peak Seasons

Peak season means more business,also more traffic,heavy jam and delays,we suggest preparing more stock at least 2 month in advance in order to keep everything running as smoothly as possible.

In the lead-up to the beginning of the busy season, you should take the lessons of past peaks and understand what you can do to improve.

1.How can I promote the marketing

2.Do I need to prepare more employees

3.How can I keep the right inventory stock(candle jars,wick trimmers and room spray bottles,FO,Wicks ect)

4.What's my budget and my sales target.
